Is Phase II/the Western Yards expected to begin soon after the Eastern Yards wrap? It's mostly residential, so they will not be waiting on anchor tenants. I guess it will depend on perceived demand? Or maybe they will wait till sales hit a certain threshold at 35 Hudson and 15 Hudson?

They're supposed to begin on the deck before the end of the year.

Taken by me on Saturday via iPhone camera.

It looks great from both the head-on face and the side faces from one's perspective. I love the mirror designs of 10 and 30 HY, but this one sets itself apart nicely.

What are we looking at? Another ≈200 feet? I'm using 15H (topped out @910') as reference.

When the proposals for the railyard development came out, a lot of people like the Brookfield proposal best for the skyline it proposed. That didn't get picked, but as it turns out, we've done quite well, maybe even better.
