Okay maybe the title is a little off, and obviously he isn't the only one behind what is happening in Abu Dhabi. Take a couple of minutes and watch the video at the following link, it shows the plans for that city for 2030.

It's amazing to see how much streetcar development they are doing... my how I wish we retained our streetcar system.
