A shot from Thursday, from the familiar viewing window. That basement has shot up.

Wow, is that core already 3-4 levels above grade? It's impressive how the massive pit of pipes and girders is now almost completely done, and that this thing is heading skyward...it seemed stalled near the bottom for the longest time...

^Well, the core should be pausing around here until the tenants and the financing get sorted out.

Just about ask how the financing was going.. Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be another bay adilade center! (a four floor core that sat in downtown Toronto for 20 years without being finished)

im kinda guessing that wont happen London definitely has the money for this and there are probably plenty of companies that want a part of that cluster

Wow, London looks hot in the third and final images of the intro post, a really hansome cluster! I think The leadenhall building looks really great with The Pinnacle, my worry is the London cluster is going to get too crowded and spoil all the unique bildings there. I can't wait to see The Apprentice in a couple of years time, all those arial images are going to look really nice

Not much progress on the core, with the exception of taking the stairway away. Is there any progress on the basement floors, or is this one completely stalled?
