I had no idea Beirut had such a skyline.. pretty amazing.. i hope the city and region can avoid any further wars/conflict, as much as possible.. really quite a beautiful city. this building is a great addition

It looks nice because apparently, nothing started from scratch in there. They just keep developing what they had yet. Their overall downtown fabric looks wayyy better than any new town suddenly built out of nothing.
