Interesting they chose red glass panels for the red façade along Keefer.

Hope they keep the signage on the side of the building as well.

That's disappointing. I thought it was going to be brick. Keefer St. deserves better.

Thanks for the update mcminsen. The building looks like its still 6 months away. The Bosa building looks like its ready to move in pretty soon.

Here's a look at the back side (from the alley) and the Keefer side.

Thanks!

Looks great.

I don't mind the red panels, as it provides some relief from the brick garage and the other brick in the area.

I guess there's a good reason why it's offset.

lol

I think we could do a whole thread on things like this. The misaligned panels at the Main Street/Science World Skytrain Station, the crooked and off centre electrical box on Richards at the Telus office tower, the extra high floors on Trump, the asymmetry of the remade building where Ingledew's was on Granville, the misaligned section of sidewalk mosaic tiles at Artemisia… etc etc.

I think one of the lamps on that side of the building is also not centered in the column for some reason.

I'm looking forward to trying out Juke's fried chicken when they get open on the Keefer Street side (just west of the residential entrance).

It is a nice looking building, but I am getting tired of project after project downsizing / removing the signage / lighting features shown in the renders.

The retail suites on the keefer side actually look ok. Theres some colour, some window pattern variation, and the louvers arent nearly as prominent as they usually are. Theres also no canopy so i wonder if they are leaving that for the tenant to add their own customized canopy (i hope).

It looks like retractable, fabric canopies? I agree though, better retail podiums than most new buildings. Edit: nm those look like they are only on the Main St. side.

I a, not a big fan of the back of the building, looking up Keefer. The painted white and white-ish spandrel looks incredibly bland and out of place.

If only they can emulate the kind of sidewalk treatment on Robson and Alberni streets.....
