I went for a run the other day and didn't get a chance to take a picture, but this really starts to frame City Hall as viewed from the Art Museum steps. It's an amazing addition, but didn't expect it to have the impact from there that it's having. I'll have to bring my phone with me next time and grab a pic.

Stern's Philadelphia masterpiece. In my opinion, this is leagues above any other recent residential addition or residential building under construction in Philly.

I like that, "I do pray-----", considering who the developer is and the other two buildings they built in the area, I think you choice of words is great. Will we see you in one of the new building come Sunday morning?

It's just amazing how this view has changed over the past few years. Philly's looking good from many angles. It's like looking at a different city. Like a post card.
