Some of the 3rd floor walls are now poured on the west end. Forming started for the 3rd floor slab on the east end of building.

Looks like they have the 3rd floor slab poured now on the east side.

Now have the 4th floor slab poured on the west side and forming up for 4th floor walls.

The 5th floor wall and post forming is now up on the west end. Still working on forming the 5th floor slab on the east end.

Looks like piling machine is working on the south end of the property where the south tower will eventually be built. Have completed the 5th floor slab now on the east side of north tower. They have already started installing window units on the 2nd floor now. They have been working on the parking garage which runs along the west side between the two buildings.

Forming now up on the west side for the 6th floor walls and posts. Also working on the parking garage south on the north building.

Forming now up for the 7th floor walls in the north building. Excavation of pit for the south building and underground parking still going on.

Old Oak is calling this project the "Muse at Morgan Park". The entire project is estimated to be completed in 2023 and will have 300 apartments in total.

Concrete Forming which is doing work for Old Oak on a number of projects would need to increase their workforce and really pick up the pace to finish the first building and build the 2nd tower and townhomes and parking garage for this project to be complete by end of 2023. I don't see that happening. Much more likely is summer of 2024. Certainly the first tower is now half way to the top and will be topped out by summer 2023.

CF has got some of the 8th floor wall forms up on the west end for the north tower.

Forming going up for the 9th floor walls on the west end as they are close to finishing up the 9th floor slab on the east end.

Have started setting up 10th floor wall and post forming on the west end while still working on forming of the 10th floor slab on the east end.

Have now poured some of the 10th floor walls on the west end. Progress seems to have slowed on this build for some reason.

Most of the 10th floor walls and posts are now poured. Forming for the 11th floor slab is started on the west end as are some of the 11th floor wall and post forms.

Little progress on the 11th floor walls and posts as they appear to have shifted their attention to the foundation footings for the south tower and the parking structure in-between.

Forming now going up for the 12th floor walls and posts. Work on the foundation for the south tower continues as does the parking garage.

The 12th floor walls are now poured and they have got forming for the roof slab started on the west end.

The 12s building is now topped out with finishing now happening for the rooftop features. The floating raft slab for the 14s south building is now done and they have set the tower crane base. Could see either a second tower crane installed very soon or they might wait until they no longer need the current crane for the north building and move it.

Tower crane segments now being installed for south tower build. The north tower has windows installed now upto the 11th floor.

The tower crane for the south building is now assembled. The north tower crane is now working on the north end of the parking garage.
