After studying
the plans a bit, I think there are 2 floors left. I am basing this on my shot from the René-Lévesque and Union, where the large balconies on the side seem to have stopped 2 floors from the top of what's currently built. According to the plans, there should be 4 floors at the top without balconies on the south side (30, 31, 32, 33). 30 and 31 are built, so that leaves 32 and 33. Of course in reality, this is a 32 floor building since there is no 13th floor, so 30 floors of 32 have actually been built. There will also be what looks like a mechancial floor on the roof as well as the ornament.
