With blond brick and blue windows, maybe this is going to be a smart building? We all know how smart those blond hair, blue eye Germans are!

I had a blonde friend who was built like a brick shithouse. She didn't age well but in her early years she certainly turned some heads. Maybe this is what we're in for.

What is all of this talk about the bricks being "blonde" it will be fine imo, look at Tabor I it has a blondish color to it and it is over 20 years of age! And IMO looks just fine. I like the look of 4S Teatro in this final rendering design, it will work out just fine, also 1LP is going to be a light tan or blonde or whatever and it will also look just fine, even down the road i bet.

Now who know's what the look and condition of these buildings will be in say 100+ years? But hey we will all be gone by then anyway, so who cares? J/K Guys.

If this is any indicator, I think it'll age just fine...

I am confused about this project.

From their website, I get the impression that it will only be residences. However, it is supposed to be both a hotel and residences, am I right? How many rooms of each?

This WaMu tower is 771 ft tall and 55 stories... the second WaMu tower is 598 ft tall and 42 stories...

Why can't we get another large bank tower?? Damm BOA and others need to look at the fact there are no other cities of any size for a gang load of miles.. regional HQ Change the banking laws like Charlotte did and get some towers going up.

That's why there are no large bank towers, we need some cities of any size surrounding Denver to gain more corporate presence.

As horrible as it may sound, we need COS, Pueblo, Cheyenne, and one of the piss-ant Plains towns to all double in size. Than Denver would be a far more attractive location for regional HQ's that would require more office space.

There are good things and bad things about being the only show in town... this is one of the bad things.

WOW...this thing is starting soon....

$10 million penthouse sold at Four Seasons
By Margaret Jackson
Denver Post Staff Writer
Article Last Updated: 08/20/2007 10:20:00 AM MDT

One of the two penthouses at the Four Seasons Private Residences Denver sold for $10 million.

The 6,100-square-foot condo has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a loft and two balconies.

A third of the of the 102 condos have sold, with Colorado residents buying the majority of them. More than three-quarters of the buyers are 40 to 60 years old.

The project's developer, 1111 Tower LLC, will break ground on the 45-story Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences this fall. The building, at the corner of 14th and Arapahoe streets, will include 230 hotel rooms.
