Random pics of the Twins, sorry I don't remember the source, unfortunately. I saved them to my computer in the weeks after the attacks.

Just found this interesting picture from the WTC's construction. Wish I knew where to find a better quality version.

Also during the 1977 blackout.

There may never be a time again in history in which two monoliths stood without interruption straight into the sky. These towers represented very clearly mankind's desire to be as perfect and simple as it can.

What? Unless you have some proof I'm pretty sure that it isn't. I've seen that picture floating around the internet for a decade now.

It's not photoshopped, it's from Fleet Week 1999 or 2000, I forget. I remember the B-2 Spirit flying over Brooklyn; that was also the same day the Blue Angels did a flyover of Manhattan.

Zoom in n the picture, you can see the outline where the plane was copied from another image. Additionally the lighting of the plane doesn't match the ambient lighting of the Twin Towers. The light source illuminating the plane is coming from the right side of the image, but the Twins are being lit from the left.
I would also respectfully point out that just because an image has been on the internet for over a decade, doesn't mean to say it is not fake.

I can see it now. The light on the plane doesn't match the light on the towers. Plus the perimeter of the plane is very fuzzy, relative to the rest of the image.

I think the "lighting" you see is actually some vapor trails forming near the back of the plane. The plane is also banking to the left, so any light would be hitting the underside at this point. Also makes sense that the plane would be slightly blurry on a 12+ year old digital camera.

Aside from that, I suppose that artifact around the plane is pretty suspicious. Problem is, if you open it up in paint, parts of the WTC have that same outline with the artifact. I don't have photoshop to open it up and check. It should be pretty easy to check for photo manipulation there since those lines are obvious to the naked eye already.

I'm still undecided about this one. And kind of a silly thing to keep going back and forth about. This will be my last post on the topic.

EDIT: Look what I found. I'm going with JPEG artifact on the first one.

I have put the image in Photoshop, and can see that the resolution of the B-2 is not the same as the Twin Towers. And with the plane banking to the left, I would expect the lower left of the plane, just underneath the cockpit to be lit, rather than be darker in shadow.
Which again leads me to conclude that the picture is Photoshopped.

However, don't get me wrong, I don't dispute that a B-2 actually did a fly-by. I am just expressing my opinion on that particular photo as posted. And I agree, it's not something worth arguing over, so like meh_cd, this will be my last post on this subject.

This is rather eerie. This is apparently the same UAL 767 that was crashed into the South Tower, some seven years before 9/11. And the towers are in the background, which makes it even more spooky.
