OM Group will move headquarters to Ernst & Young Tower at Flats East Bank project

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- OM Group Inc., a publicly traded producer and supplier of magnetic materials, batteries and specialty chemicals, will move its downtown Cleveland headquarters to the Ernst & Young Tower at the Flats East Bank project.

The OM lease marks the first high-profile corporate headquarters deal for the E&Y Tower, which houses Ernst & Young's Cleveland office. The 18-floor building, perched atop a parking garage just off West 10th Street, is 86 percent leased after the OM agreement.

Not bad, nice and modern. A few more like this and Cleveland will be on its way.

I agree. With the Key Tower and Terminal Tower, it already has excellent peaks. More density is what'll do the trick.

Smile Photo

Got a chance to go downtown finally for the Big & Tall ships event. Here's a nice photo of the other side of the building. Nice addition to the skyline.

I've been trying to figure that out for a while. I guess this can be moved into the 'Complete' threads
