There isn't even 1 3 way stop currently. Only issue corner is 5th street heading south in to the square, that is the one people blow through the stop sign all the time. Biggest thing is people drive 50-60 km/h through there when the limits should be less.

These people that are doing 50-60kph around that square must have pretty extreme hyper cars because my vehicles certainly aren't capable of doing those speeds around that square - my experience is that you have to go quite slowly around that square.

People fly down 7th ave and 5th street. Yes once in the square they have to slow down but that comes back to the people blowing through the stop sign on 5th.
