Oh, lol. If Pepsi traded logos, I wouldn't notice.

Not a huge fan of the logo, or the flat side of the building. But hopefully that changes once its finished.

In that new flat side rendering it looks like it's not just a straight corner down to the base it looks as if it has a slight curve. The renderings from the other side show a straight corner all the way down.

This diagram is the best one for showing the outer column placement. There is a slight curve on the Wilshire side also.

I like the podium and interiors but am still bored by the overall tower form. It just seems so.... generic. Like a SimCity version of a 'futuristic' skyscraper.

What progress can we expect here. I mean, how fast they re going to build? We've all seen how fast they are building in New York. Can we expect something similar here? At least one floor per week?

That would be great. They already made significant progress this summer. I guess they will build everything to street level by the end of year....

Yes. The western part of the parking garage is now poured up to P2 Only P1 and then the ground level. The other side is still at P3.

Perimeter columns are now at ground level for the entire building.

Core rebar is up to the 10th floor by my count. The east end of the core they are adding the 11th and bottom 12th floor for the next core jump.

Parking floor construction should hopefully speed up.

Getting taller by the week. The pictures are great. With the last of the perimeter columns placed they can build up to ground level now on the entire site. It won't be long untill they need to install the next perimeter columns up to the 3rd floor.
