Very slick! Love how the cluster of towers in the Loop is spilling west of the river.

All we need now is a tower on the corner of Canal and Fulton to box in and complete the river canyon when looking west.

I like pretty much everything about this building, but that silver band close to the top on the west side of it seems kinda out of place.

I agree and was surprised to see this. I don't think we ever saw a west elevation/rendering.. maybe it doesn't exist?

Not horrible but definitely looking forward to seeing the east side without said band.
