Although it's really infill height summersm. The 3 Harnwell dorms are 300 feet and even they get completely lost.They have virtually no impact on the skyline. 400' is where you start to say whoa whoa what is going here in this city.
Just thought there could have been more of a collaborative effort over in University City to really do something special, dynamic, well planned. Like how they planned the center city skyline core, albeit this would be on a smaller scale.
What we are getting is 4 singular shortish towers going up haphazardly.
One is an 11 story box,another has its main facade(3601 Market) going N-S instead of E-W it actually turns it's side on the main E-W city skyline core , Lancaster Square is almost on a diagonal angle.
With all that investment happening at the same time the possibility was there to do something off-the-hook and truly extend the skyline to the west.
