Baker can hopefully design a good building, one that works well for the site, and gives the owner, Carl, whatever he is asking for, and make some smart decisions about how the building comes out of the ground, how it interacts with the street, where the service entrance is, that sort of stuff.
But you are absolutely hands down right, he's no Rems Koolhaas. One might be a very good mechanic, and one is a artist.
