I am biased but love this shot of Edmonton, Alberta at night. Maybe not the best in the world, but can hold its own.

Hong Kong by a long shot. NYC isn't even close. Yes, I have seen both in person at night.

Supprisingly, from what I've seen in pictures Corpus as a fairly well lit skyline for a city its size.

I think Hong Kong from across the harbor is pretty untouchable right now.

However the top night skyline in the world goes to Hong Kong.
