Looking forward to The Mark. Highly promising based on the sharp renderings.

Charlie looks incredibly well done. Definitely one of the higher quality condos currently going up in the city. We really need more GG and less Tridel in the downtown core.

Three Harbour Green, in the skyline. Just about makes every suburban tower called "Jewel" or "Emerald" seem kinda undeserving of their names...

University of Montreal Research Hospital expansion (17 +6 floors). A 20 + 17 floor addition is to begin construction promptly.

I haven't seen this much marble used on a residential highrise, anywhere.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I think it looks pretty damn nice myself.

Montreal sure has been spoiled with all these great mid-rise buildings during this building boom.

Three Harbour Green looks sharp. I'm a glass fan so I like it. Quality, curtain wall glass makes a great difference in results.

This lovely piece of work is now under construction in New Westminster. Excavation commenced about a month ago.

Word is that Metrotower III in Burnaby will be resuming construction in January. It was capped at grade in late 09'.

Actually the building was pre-certified as LEED Platinum. That's part of why it is going to still take 2 years to complete even though the excavation, foundation and parking are already complete.

But the good news for it is that it will be complete before any of the new DT Vancouver office towers are done, so I guess that gives it an advantage.
