I lived in Fairmount when the trail opened to Locust Street. Great little running trail - and I was back earlier this year and ran on it and its really nice. This should really help link the western end of Center City.

Yeah it is really nice. They finished the bridge that connects the Trail with the Schuylkill River Banks Park too.
I didn't get a floor count of it. I assume just a couple more floors
They are just starting the top of the 33rd by my count. Also starting to notice some drywall going in the 5-15ish floors and terrace glass is starting as well.
I was driving on the Schuylkill heading into the city and this building does a great fill in job from that view. Its not super tall or anything but it does a good job filling in the gap around the Peco signage and Murano.
