Construction progress on 300 South Tryon and Kimpton Hotel.

Thank you for the updates, CLTNC. I'm amazed by all of the hotel construction in the state, right now. Since I was kid, every time I would pass through Charlotte I wanted to circle-around Uptown. I would love to do that again, when these construction projects are completed.

At the present in uptown Charlotte we have the following Hotels under construction

4-Home 2 Suites (Stonewall Station)
5-Htatt Centric (Stonewall Station)
6-Kimpton Hotel
7- Ivy's Hotel

There are some more hotels in the works but not announce.

If all hotels get built, that will give uptown Charlotte 34 hotels.

Nobody knows for sure what Lincoln Harris will do with the site but rumors are a 31 floor office tower and smaller retail and residential development on site. We will have to wait and see.
