But when all is said and done, the 4,409-square-foot condo, located on the top two floors of the 22-story tower, will offer what are arguably some of the most compelling views of the city, from Penn’s campus to the Schuylkill River to the Center City skyline.
Construction crews at Carl Dranoff’s One Riverside have been working around the clock to get the building move-in ready for its first tenants by mid-April. About 80 percent of the tower’s 68 high-end luxury condos have been leased, according to Marianne Harris, Dranoff’s vice president of sales, marketing, and leasing. That amounts to more than $100 million in sales.

IMO---this is one building I think might look better at night then during the day.
I think its turned out better then I thought it would, but I still think this building needs a hat, something to finish it off as it meets the sky.

Agreed. It's very vanilla and, for whatever reason, I don't think it's terrible, but better architecture is available.
