ST. PETERSBURG, FL | Saltaire | 408 FT / 124 M | 35 FLOORS

The developers of Pinellas County's tallest, ONE St. Petersburg completed in 2018 at 456ft, are now proposing a new 2nd tallest a few blocks south, adjacent to the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, named Saltaire. Reservations on units began earlier this week and already over 30 of 192 units have been spoken for.

Downtown St. Petersburg is continuing to grow and become more dense and now taller as well, joining recent projects such as ONE St. Petersburg and Signature Place, among others.

Approved by city council

This tower has been approved by the St. Petersburg city council and groundbreaking expected in early 2020. Included in the article is a rendering from the southwest giving perspective to other nearby high-rise buildings.

Underway

Ground breaking was held early last month and last week the developer secured a hefty loan from Wells Fargo.

Sold Out!

Saltaire recently sold its final available units, so this bodes very well for new projects in the pipeline for downtown.
