Has it ever been officially confirmed that they are building both towers simultaneously?

They are building the northern tower (28 floors) first and it looks like there are two "cores", one for residential and one for retail. I think the core shown in the above picture is the western residential core but its hard to tell from this vantage point.

View from the train this morning. Looks like the North Tower core is definitely rising first.

I don't know if it's official, but I walked by today and the southern cores are definitely going up. It's in the same 2 core method as the northern tower that the photos above show.

Thanks for the update. I've been by it a bunch of times and there's just so much happening on the property that it's tough to visualize what's going up and what's going where. The whole site is chaotic, in a good way. Will be nice to see some form to these structures soon.

Was observing the other day driving into town on I76 how much of an impact this will have on the skyline view from that approach.

March 18th:

Not much visual progress but something low-rise popped up in the last two weeks by the northeast corner of the site (right side of pic).

No change to the cores in the last 2 weeks. Not like PMC to have problems. I don't think much of their building designs, but they seem like a slick operation in terms of being able to turn out one project after another.
