I viewed the floor plans at Lumina. I've seen 2 floor plans that have a 2BR and 2 Bath but they're at 770 and 778 sq ft. I assume this is including the balcony so it's probably around the same size as your place.

I can't find any similar floorplans around.

My downtown condo is a 2 bed/2 bath and is 688sqft. The smaller bedroom is pretty small (den sized). There are at least a few other buildings downtown that have similar sized 2 bed/2 bath units.

Moving quick. At ground level almost.

Looking forward to having this one take shape.

Looks cool and modern, and should form a neat juxtaposition from the lighter curvy shape of Escala and Aviara.

This one is moving at a good clip - especially for the non standard floors. Once they are past the podium the square tower should balloon fast.

Looking forward to see the finishes here - if well executed I think this could turn out to be a great modern looking tower, despite its simplicity.

The ground level columns look quite grand in person - it should make for an impressive entry.

This one is motoring along.

Glazing going in on bottom floor already as well. Hard to see for now, should have a bit more to review by end of week.

Look forward to see this one take shape, I think it has great potential, but will come down to finish quality.
