Crystal is an ice based show so it actually has some nice crossover appeal between fans of figure skating (which is popular here) and the typical circus acts you see in Cirque de Soleil.

Kurt Browning is the "Skating Performances Senior Designer" for Crystal

The Blue Man Group touring edition comes to the Avenir Centre in February. Tickets go on presale this afternoon. Oddly, the price seems to be nowhere to be found.
I saw their nontouring show in Boston years ago. It's a fantastic show. Good for families too.

The seating layout for this show looks small

They are doing multiple shows. Better than having a huge setup with half the arena empty that's for sure. I am blown away that corey hart is a full setup.

I'd be shocked if he gets more than 3000 in there

in other news only about a few hundred tickets left for Bryan Adams.

I saw the Blue Man Group in Vegas years ago. I get the feeling they may prefer closer more personal shows than big arenas. So the closer stage setup would be more similar to their (former) Vegas setup, especially with how expressive and visual their show tends to be.

They had a show at the Coliseum a few years ago too, it was a great show. They had a similar floor layout there as well, there may have been more floor seats, but the balcony was closed.

Thanks for jogging my memory.

I knew I had seen Blue Man Group sometime in the past, but for the life of me I couldn't remember where I had seen them. I was sure that I hadn't seen them on any of my visits to the states, but I couldn't remember them ever being to Moncton before either.

I thought I was losing my mind (or developing the oldtimers disease).

Yup, I was there in 2008. Ticket was $88 according to my ticket stub collection.

Great show!

Blue man group
Tickets are 110-115$ on the floor.
105-85$ in the stands

As for Corey Hart, he probably over estimated the appeal of his comeback and demanded a big booking fee. As every shows is having trouble.Np

Even his hometown show is selling poorly.

At that point all Evenko can hope is that people will pick it up, maybe if a new single pops and it's a hit or something.

I hope its actually major so they don't wear "major" thing out. Lots of good events lately with Cirque & Blue man group but I think we need a gaurenteed sellout type artist to keep the momentum going in 2019.

Pretty good idea who is it. Already played here a bunch of times. Could get a good crowd, but I don't see it an instant sellout.

Just saw that Def Leppard is announcing something at 7est tomorrow, search online shows that they are scheduled for a NA tour with Journey in 58 cities, from May 21st in Hartford to oct 6th in Los Angeles.....

Now that would be a Majour announcement, saw them last time they were in Quebec city, would definatly go again!
