that view of the santa monica mountains dipping into the pacific at sunset (at the end of america) is burned in my psyche.

Thanks! The first shot was taken at Metro Center subway station. The 2nd was from the top of the USBank Tower. Thanks LMich.

Great collection of shots, man! I was there for the first time last week, and I loved LA. It's got a style to it. It's not how I anticipated it. Great city!

But woah, you went during a very clear time! The haze was strong all four days I was there.

yeah...my wife and i took a serious look at that and wondered if we wouldn't mind having roomates in our thirties...in the valley (or somewhere probably with a lot of traffic since we would want to buy)...my midwestern office has received two southern california transplants (same company) in the past month for a reason, unfortunately. we do have friends on the westside/santa monica/west hollywood and we "get" los angeles as an actual city.
