Been staring at this for 18 months. From nearby apartments the materials...are...ill just stop.

Honestly the shape and slenderness really stand out and make it extra impressive. And as a neighbor, cant wait for that park.

Also when people talk about excessive ornamentation look no further than batman building. It would never get through a community meeting in the US:
