Well I just wanted to post up as I am new to the forums. The information here is fantastic, keeps me a bit too distracted from work

I am also an owner of a unit in Chocolate, 9th floor north facing. Looking at moving in mid to late May so I can hardly wait. Colours is a sweet project too but I think the unit sizes in Chocolate are a bit better and hell for the price I paid back in Oct 2004 I really cant complain at all

Did any of you folks catch the special on construction in Calgary on CBC News just now? They mentioned SSP and showed some of the photoshopped "future skyline" pictures.

It's First Canadian Centre (BMO), the 65ish proposed tower proposed from the existing foundation work. It was announced on the old archived thread.

David Parker had mentioned it a couple weeks back that 4 architectural firms have submitted designs and will be updated.

Calgary is realy turning up the projects lately. It would be nice to see some realy daring projects come out of all this success. Hopefully Encana gets the ball rolling in that regard.

I luv seeing all this action to one of the world's best skylines. I do have a question though - is there a height limit? I ask b/c theres seems to be a great deal of demand so why don't they build up instead of building twins? I wish Philly had as much demand.
