I don't really see much of a Chicago Spire in the design. Other than the twisting but that's been done before the CS.

I can see how you can say CS as it does resemble it and the top also looks doesn't get me. I think if they made this they would make it well but it won't suit dubai but it in Miami and it may work or a hot beach area with out much of a downtown area.

Altogether it actually fits a closer look at it and abit of research proved to me that it's a good tower.

8/10 on the design but as someone said I would like to see it to judge it.

^^^ perhaps then you should wait and 'judge it' after you actually see it but I'm sure the 8/10 is well thought out... much like your entire post.

That's sad.

This was one of the best 'proposed' towers for Dubai imo.
