Ie massive expansion required, it barely handles the current loads.

Not counting infrastructure .....

My favourite building is the "Zebra" tower; otherwise known as The First Baptist project. {I would love to have seen Nelson-on-The-Park, too, but that's a goner, it seems}

I am sure that the two will be integrated together, but just as one entry point, I am guessing that a second entry point will be built somewhere on the southwest corner?

3 entry points for such a hub would be best.

Interesting results so far, but actually not far from what I was expecting.

Broadway Skytrain in a solid 1st place.
George Massey Bridge / Highway 99 in a respectable 2nd place.

And no real 3rd.

Just like my first thread from years ago they are generally projects that will all be done within 7 or 8 years, give or take a year or two.

The Broadway subway seems like a no-brainer, so I'll go with my second choice; The Zebra Tower. I love the design and location. It's a bold piece of architecture for Vancouver, and one that I welcome wholeheartedly.
