Yes there are!

The 100 Avenue widening project from 140 Street to 148 Street through Green Timbers Park will feature one way separated cycle tracks and some of the intersections will be protected intersections.

The Bridgeview Drive widening project from King George to Hwy 17 will feature one way separated cycle tracks.

http://www.surrey.ca/city-services/20906.aspx

There already are separated cycle tracks on 105 A Avenue in Whalley completed in 2016.

There are separated bike lanes planned for all the streets of the city centre according to the city centre plan

http://www.surrey.ca/city-services/1343.aspx

Likely one way cycle tracks along the L Line LRT route. Multi-use path along Fraser Highway.

PriceTags astory on the west Burrard Bridge sidewalk.

A few nice pics of the pedestrian diversion outside the balustrade to accommodate the new lanes.

Note how the suicide fence drops right to grade outside the balustrade.
Never noticed the recesses on the Jersey barrier facing the bike lane (to mimic the balustrade) - probably because I haven't jogged over the bridge yet.
The side facing the cars doesn't have the recesses.

Pacific is going to be a total sh!tshow on the first warm sunny weekend. It was bad enough on a sunny weekend this month, traffic was backed up for blocks coming from Denman and Stanley Park.

Why are the crosswalk pattern markings so boring? Even white blocked markings across the intersection like in NYC would be more interesting (only slightly though). More paint = more money so it makes sense to keep things simple but I wish streetscape improvements on major streets with high pedestrian traffic would extend to the markings.

Tofino's crosswalks are a lot more artistic and interesting. I would love it if some cities in the Lower Mainland started doing this, even if it was along a little stretch (like say Commercial Drive could have a few blocks of interesting crosswalks).
