Bi-level penthouse at One Riverside with 4 terraces wants $7M

Quote:
A bi-level penthouse at One Riverside that has four terraces is looking for its first owner who’s willing to shell out $7 million.

Hopefully the buyer has a good imagination and some patience, since the penthouse is still very much under construction. But when all is said and done, the 4,409-square-foot condo, located on the top two floors of the 22-story tower, will offer what are arguably some of the most compelling views of the city, from Penn’s campus to the Schuylkill River to the Center City skyline.

Construction crews at Carl Dranoff’s One Riverside have been working around the clock to get the building move-in ready for its first tenants by mid-April. About 80 percent of the tower’s 68 high-end luxury condos have been leased, according to Marianne Harris, Dranoff’s vice president of sales, marketing, and leasing. That amounts to more than $100 million in sales.

Quote from article behind paywall: "An interesting fact: Two-thirds of the buyers at One Riverside, so far, are from the Pennsylvania and New Jersey suburbs."

the railings of the balconies give this building a texture it was sorely lacking before they went up. glad the finishing turned out so well.
