Or mirrors, and redirect the sunlight onto the Jesse Ketchum playground.

There's no playground or at least I can't remember one there. Taller private buildings over public space. That's a way to build long lasting, high demand communities.

No. It's mainly about the trees and public space. It's the pro heigthers that have made it all about the children in the school's playground. Not that you care about anything beyond the skyline from Don Mills. However, people have to live in that skyline. These amenities add to the quality of life which is the long term viability of the growing skyline than the real estate boom.

I know both Yorkville Square and Cumberland Square have been registered, as has Yorkville Residences (at Yorkville Square?)

Does anybody know what's going on with the Bay and Scollard Foster proposal? It would be nice to see 2 Fosters rising a few blocks from each other at the same time.

I believe it's awaiting approval. I don't think it has gone to the OMB. (too lazy to check) Yeah, it's 25 metres too short.

There should be a bunch of new infill towers coming to St James Town--maybe we'll see plans sometime soon.

One Properties' 552 Church Street proposal looks great.
