I am not convinced that CDR understands what CDR's function is.

This is now listed on Goldenberg's Website:

Quote:
The View II is now in development and will fill out the block bounded by Cecil B. Moore and W. Montgomery Avenues and 11th and 12th Streets as a companion to the highly successful mixed-use tower, The View at Montgomery on the edge of the Temple University campus. Plans for this $190 million resort style housing development will feature 984 beds in 368 units with approximately 30,000 SF of street-level retail space, and 94 private, secured below-grade parking spaces. The towers will range from 12 to 18 stories situated to maintain the current tower’s amazing view of the skyline while offering even more spectacular vistas of the city and environs.

I love almost everything about this project; however, I'm wondering if the parking displayed in the site plan will be surface or underground. If it is a surface lot, I would hate to have it oriented towards Cecil B. Moore (especially if there's a curb cut). Other than that, let's get this off the ground! The large surface lot at 11th and Cecil B. Moore is also primed for something big

It is sort-of oriented towards Cecil B... but you won't be able to see the parking from here. There will be a green space/plaza here:

Not only is equipment on site, but some soil has already been moved!

Between this and Blue Horizon, I'm going to be busy these next two semesters!

The complex, scheduled for completion in summer of 2019, is being financed through a $163 million loan from Goldman Sachs & Co.’s merchant banking division, Goldenberg said.
