Personally its dissapointing how confident developers are to propose things like this outside of the core, along with those 50fl+ buildings seen a few days ago. These are obviously for a Hamilton market, but the city has made it so difficult to build anywhere reasonable (downtown) that we get more waterfront proposals that lack anything to do with the city and further drive people away from the core. I wish our own waterfront got these kinds of proposals.
