From that aerial, it looks like their's too much construction surrounding it for it to be close to any water.

I like. They seem to be building their tourist interests with amazing hotels.

Probably because the whole area's a massive construction site. I hope it turns out nice when all the landscaping and surrounding towers are done

Man, they don't mess around in Dubai. Those are HUGE floorplates and they're going up very quickly.
