Or better yet, where's the city road of the top ten that has the best Pizza parlors?

Just to let you know, they already did an episode called "10 Parks that Changed America".

It isn't a street per se, but Thomas Holme's original plan for Philadelphia is by far the most influential thing not on this list. The basic idea, a townsite arranged around a single central square where the major public buildings would be set, has been stamped out across hundreds and hundreds of townsites all across this country. To give a sense of how deeply influential Holme's ideas were, that's Indianapolis' basic plat, to name just one city.

The Philadelphia city layout was already covered, in the "10 Towns that Changed America" episode. This episode seems to concentrate more on single streets than street patterns.

I thought of putting Main Street in Jacksonville but I figured I'd let someone else do it.

Of course they are. This is a vehicle for selling viewership and ads in all regions. If the concept and standards need to vary, that's part of the deal.

The list should have left out Lincoln Highway and made a new list of 10 influential long-distance highways/routes, etc.
