Sounds like the project delays in winnipeg, don't know about Thunderbay..but it seems like projects/changes take years here.

For a message board system like this, something tells me this is a bad idea, no matter how you want to paint it.

This whole thumbs up / thumbs down, or like/dislike, upvote/downvote thing only belongs in places like YouTube, or Reddit.

Just my opinion though.
