Still doubt they would have built anything much taller than what was built. Maybe they would have gone up to 700 or 800, but I don't think that would be worth the years of embarrassing blight remaining there

New construction building permit was issued for the former H2O site (845 W Madison). Foundation through the 3rd floor. It will be 2 towers of 17 stories each with 586 total units, 300 parking spaces, and 10K sq ft of retail space

Anybody on the north side:

How far along is 450 Belmont?
508 Diversey Complete?
Is The Bentham even under construction?

I don't remember seeing pictures of these recently
