The shot that shows the sillouette of the skyline (with comcast rising) in the haze across the river is off the chain!!

These pics are tastier than half-a-rat-on-ice. Nice!

I didn't mention this in my first comment, cause I was still in shock. I had a strange dream the night before I watched this thread, and it included a mouse with the upper part of it's body bitten off. It looked exactly like in your photo, only in my dream, the half mouse was running around on my bedroom floor.

(No freudian interpretations of that dream necessary, thank you!)

Sasso Rocks!

Sasso,

If a picture is worth a thousand words then this thread is an entire encyclopedia set! WOWOWOW.

You are the man, you are the woman and you are the child Sasso and you wrap it all up in this awesome thread. You have a great way of representing this fantastic city! You're showing pride, you're showing love and you're showing reality.

Thanks!

EDIT: for spelling

So, where are the ho's?

I was trying to figure out how you got the up close shots of the skyscrapers. The last picture shows how (top floors of the Comcast Center).
Does anyone know if the Comcast Center will have an observation deck?

GREAT PICS!!!

I love those zoom shots.

@Olga: that's a kind of déjà vu-experience.

anton: believe it or not, that samuel l looking fellow is famous -- for philly. his name is jerry blavat, aka the GEATOR WITH THE HEATOR! hey dawg, where's giallo been?

ithacan: as soon as i took that picture, that guy and his notre dame friend jumped up and took my camera, then started rambling on about hillary clinton.

gatorbitch: i didn't get her number but i'm friends with her boyfriend, so i'll see what he's willing to share.

nation: come on now -- after an eight game sweep, i had to say something!

simpfan, MJ, drew: thanks pals.

swiney: you callin' milton crazy? what, just because someone sings lounge songs while leaning on a casket and runs for mayor of a city he doesn't live in, he's crazy???

tokar: no observation deck at comcast center, alas.

olga, i refrained from posting some other pictures i took in the woods, one in the snow from ... shall we say, a deer who had eaten something that violently disagreed with him.

everyone: thanks for the good word. (extra thanks if you checked/check out my web site.)
