inversionistas del DF y Poblanos, compraron un terreno de 6mil m2 en la calle JJ TABLADA, segun datos recabados se construirán 2 torres residenciales un poco altas, esperemos se confirme; el apoyo por parte del Municipio esta para crecer verticalmente sobre los desarrollos horizontales, el terreno no fue nada barato (28millones), por lo tanto la verticalidad es la única forma para dar rentabilidad al proyecto

esta torre se esta recubriendo tipo los edificios que abundan en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia, con acabado a base de fachaleta de ladrillo de barro, se verá muy bien, muy acorde con la zona

vienen otras TORRES RESIDENCIALES en un terreno de 2.6 has junto a la Universidad Jefferson, en la zona de SANTA MARIA/ALTOZANO, son de una empresa del DF, el proyecto sería arrancado para finales de este año, están ya en trámites ante el ayuntamiento

esperemos se confirme

Veremos...
excelente, esa zona se verá bien con sus pequeñas torres, ya hay varias terminadas o en proceso de entre 8 y 15 niveles........
