It was in the list of DPs that the city planning commission was reviewing. We had heard about this a couple of years back, but it went silent for a while....it must have still been worked on.

This one was rumored for some time but renderings only just surfaced. A DP has been submitted to the city, but no BP as of yet.

I wonder if they build the second tower if the original tower will get a recladding. It is starting to show its age.

Walked past the back parkade and took a good look inside, it was completely cleared of cars, with construction equipment inside. Take that however you want. It looks like this one is definitely still chugging along though.

Dam, more parkade being taken down....

I heard on the radio few days ago that someone is proposing new parkade places in downtown....

I was in error. They may have just been doing work on the parkade, because it is now opened to cars again.
