Where the fuck is Jinan? Never even heard of this place before and I thought I was pretty familiar with China.

I had to look it up too. Wiki has the population at 3 mil. So a second/ third tier city the size of the Twin Cities gets a freakin 530m tower.

It is proposed by a developer that has a history of not delivering on projects though.

You're probably right though now that I think about it. I'm just going by the data from the Chinese source, but they tend to always say things are going to happen like some of the dead projects and end up in disappointment. Time will tell. But if the bubble ever bursts in China, its going to be an interesting time there. So many unfilled towers. Ghost cities essentially.
