There will be commerces on the ground floor, but the rest is only residential, including the taller tower. This project was the first of its size to sell overnight. People were waiting in line during the night to buy units, something that we never saw before in Montreal.

Yeah, the 20 floor component is the hole on the corner of Lambert-Closse (phase 3)

why bother naming the phases if construction is occurring concurrently?

anyway though, thanks for the photos, i haven't been home in almost 2 months and this is probably the one i'm following most closely from afar.

En général, je suis sceptique sur ce que raconte ce gars, mais là, on dirait que les 2 ou 3 blocs aux alentours ont besoin d'un petit coup de frais en effet...

^les nimbies sont pas vraiment le problème ici. il n'y a pas vraiment de demande pour des tours à bureaux de 200m depuis plusieurs années.
