SalesLadyTM said they wanted/planned to break ground before summer's end and be finished the first building by 2014ish.

Then comes building 2. As much as I like this design, I might have to wait until building 2 goes on sale. Of course, by that point, the City Hall City tower might be on sale and I'll have to choose...

I would agree it does have the innovated ideas to create 2 bedroom in the limited space. Is the buyer buy into number of rooms over dollar per sqft?

Having walked through their larger 2-bedroom suite, I can honestly say that it felt about the right size. 800-odd sqft. as I recall. Their 600 sqft 2-beds and a den is just a pipe-dream, though. Even with the moving walls it's a very, very cramped space for 2 people.

Quite many projects going on sale this Saturday. Will be interesting to see how well the sales go. I assume there will be sellouts again.

I really like this project. It will be great part of Surrey's city forming center. I would have loved to see this project even in Downtown Vancouver.

There's just something about those balconies I really like. I wasn't falling over for the design of the actual units but those balconies, I think more places need to really go out on a limb with their exterior designs like that.

Is just adds so much more then drab square boxes.

Apparently about 200 of 253 units in tower 1 are sold. Tower 2 will offered to the market mid-fall.

They are ramping up the site clearing in the last week or so, more equipment on site, construction trailer, lots of trees gone.
