It was featured also on Condo Guide magazine a month ago. I find the kitchen highly impractical and tight for a penthouse. It seems like it's located in a closet along a corridor.

The view to the west and northwest will be largely blocked by several upcoming towers. I would NOT pay 6.something million dollars they have been asking for this one. Save your millions, folks.

That's an absurd amount to be asking for a unit in a generic tower.

Looks like a pretty terrible layout. Maybe people in this price range don't use their own kitchen, but if that room isn't functional, don't even bother looking at the rest of it.
