^Doggone vis, ya beat me to it again. I was just getting ready to post this one.
It seems that the small towns in the county have a much quicker process for getting projects done than the city does. The disturbing thing about that is I'm afraid the city is inadvertently encouraging sprawl by taking so long to get through the development approval process.
I know 36 units doesn't sound like a lot, but it does help a bit with the estimated need for 4,000 housing units in the county.
Hey vis, I saw the article in the Journal about the ERL at Cornell. I know you posted info on your blog, but the more I see of this the more excited I get. Great stuff for CU and the area.
