Goddayumn! IMO, if a handful of these mixed use proposals around Bankhead, English Ave, and Knight Park get off the ground, the area may become more dense, transit accessible, and have a better street presence than Inman park and O4W... especially if the new transit projects get off the ground.
Industrial land for redevelopment east of bankhead station starting ~east of Marietta Blvd alone contains nearly 0.7 square
miles that could be redeveloped all the way back down to GWCC. For reference, Midtown's core (without historic midtown) is 0.9 square miles.
