Could be good. Meets the street well, no terrible parking podium. If the ground floor is glass with retail, this could fantastic.

^ LOL that building is literally the 2018 Chicago real estate market. A massive bulky apartment tower for the lumpenMillennials and then a miniature little condo building for the handful of startup founders and hedge fund folks.

I thought they had permits to start the apartment conversion. I haven't walked by in a while to see if there's been any action.
