Lining the street nicely. This area will have decent pedestrian traffic once all these under construction towers are completed, namely U-Condos/1000 Bay. This area was a dead zone for pedestrians not that long ago, it is slowly coming around and the sidewalks are wide enough to support a number of patios along the way.

Not bad of a design!! Those balconies definitely make it a unique tower. Wth that location aswell, this will sell nicely.
